The bench · Weeks 5–8

A real
sales team,
on loan.

Cupel runs a shared, distributed sales team across the cohort. Named operators. Real background. On the calls, in the CRM, accountable to the same weekly numbers as you. Not an agency, not a contractor pool, not automation dressed as people.

  • Pricing and the pilot ask
  • Every second call and every verbal-to-signed
Bench owns
  • Target list construction and enrichment
  • Outbound sequencing and reply handling
  • Calendar management and pre-call briefs
  • CRM data, weekly dashboards, pilot paperwork
Shared
  • The weekly Sell readout
  • Objection library and messaging tests
  • The Day-90 memo and handoff pack
§ 03What the bench is not
Not a Fiverr-style contractor pool. Not an outsourced agency in a different time zone reading a script. Not a “Head of Growth” hire the founder inherits and has to manage. Not a set of AI SDR agents with a human name on the signature line.
The bench is a small group of senior operators on Cupel’s payroll, spread across three to five companies at a time. They are on the same Slack, in the same CRM, and at the same weekly numbers as the founder they support.
